Tyrebusters shreds and crumbs large volumes of scrap tyres daily that are turned into other value-added materials:

1. Primary tyre shreds; 150 – 200mm shreds
2. Tyre shreds screened to uniformed particle size; 10 - 50mm chips.
3. Fully decontaminated rubber crumb 3 - 6mm.
4. Fully decontaminated rubber crumb 0 - 3mm.

LEVEL 1 Mechanical treatment to enable the use of the tyre structure. LEVEL 2 Size reduction to liberate and separate rubber, metal, textile, etc.

Stage 1-Tyres debeaded
