of Entyre Enterprises. We manufacture low maintenance
tyre shredders, with an output capability of 20 tonnes
of tyres shred per hour, through to rasping and granulating
machines.

The Tyre Debeader with it's hooked hydraulic
ram has evolved to enable single stroke withdrawal of
bead wire. The drawing out of wire from tyres is clean
of any rubber, and does not entail cutting of the side
wall, or any other pre-treatment.
At Tyronics we boast a dynamic team covering all aspects
of design, through to construction. Full
mechanical and structural drawings are produced in house.
Designs being a culmination of prototyped equipment;
factory proven and rationalized for final drafting.
Our analysis of efficiency and maintainability, combined
with a broad lateral view of existing machine design,
is the key to our success.
Our
team of professionals are diversely skilled in various
areas of steel fabrication, precision mechanical fitting
and machining operations. For the complete package,
Tyronics additionally covers electrical, logic control
and all facets of control interfacing, to meet all occupational
health and safety standards.
All
current machines as designed, are of modular style with
easy maintenance in mind. Intergration of machinery
types and flexibility of layouts are a large part of
our current drive toward full ‘turn-key’
operations.
